Preventative Maintenance (PM) Options & Benefits
In addition, simply by signing on for a Preventative Maintenance Program, you will receive a 10% discount on all regular rate labor costs on any future service calls.
Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program will:

- supply a fully-qualified technician – (as often as possible, the same tech every time)
- grease, lube, adjust, and clean equipment
- go over machines looking for burned contactors, cracked or worn belts, noisy bearings, etc. to minimize the chance of future breakdowns
- notify customers of additional needed repairs
- obtain and maintain a customer machinery database
- train your personnel on proper use and care of machines (greasing, cleaning lint, changing oil, checking safety features, etc.)
- schedule your PM to maximize production
- fully manage your PM for you – you can just forget about it.
